When I moved to Sarasota in 2010 I had gone through several different realtors. It seemed as though all the realtors I had met were inattentive, dishonest or lacked community knowledge. I met Lee Brewer at and open house in Manasota Key several years ago and purchased the beautiful gulf to bay home from him. Because of the great experience during that transaction, I called on him to help one of my employees do a short sale on their million dollar home in Miami. They too were very pleased with the results. He has now just recently sold my house on Manasota Key. Lee Brewer sold our home for full asking price within 21 hours of it going on MLS. The sale of the home fell apart the day before closing, but Lee said not to worry and within 24 hours we had 11 offers and ended up selling our home AGAIN for MORE than our asking price!!! In early September, 2015, my fiancé and I were notified that our landlord would be selling the property we had been leasing and we had only 30 days to find a new home. To say Lee goes the extra mile in your best interest is putting it lightly. He knows his stuff without a doubt and works tirelessly to get the deal done. Lee worked late nights several times keeping our deal alive. We were flustered and overwhelmed at times during the negotiation but Lee kept us cool and realistic.
